Unusual or special cleaning: if a greater amount of time is required to clean the vehicle as a result of the passenger, we may charge an additional fee. Vomiting is an automatic charge of $250.

Drivers don’t handle any payments. All changed to your reservation have to be made through office.

All reservations submitted online are not considered accepted until reviewed and accepted by one of our members, usually within few minutes.

CSIB reserves the right at its sole discretion to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this agreement in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. Changes to these terms and conditions will be effective when notice of such is posted.
